Professional gelato spade Zeroll® Spade, Made in USA, distributed in Italy by dariorasero®. The right tool to level, mix and pack by hand bulk gelato in the tubs, manufactured in the United States with the same technology as the iconic Zeroll® scoop born in 1935. Designed for gelato shops, workshops and businesses handling gelato in large formats.

Its defining feature is the curved blade, designed to follow exactly the radius of the gelato tubs: it hugs the walls of the container and scrapes off all the product, which does not stick to the edges and is not wasted. Scraping the side of the tub and levelling the surface is enough to increase yield and get a clean, even fill. Frequent levelling with the spade also helps to prevent ice crystals from forming, preserving the quality and creaminess of the gelato.

Like the Zeroll® scoop, the spade also carries the exclusive heat conductive fluid sealed in the handle, which brings the warmth of the hand to the blade for faster, smoother knock-down and levelling. The thicker blade ensures a long working life, while the extended handle prevents contamination of the product during handling. Suitable for right and left handed use.

Important: the Zeroll® Spade is not dishwasher safe and must not be exposed to high temperatures. To preserve the heat conductive fluid in the handle, clean it by hand with lukewarm water and dry it before storing.
