Professional gelato scoops by Zeroll® have been the world benchmark since 1935. Made of food grade die cast aluminium, they have a hollow handle filled with a special heat conductive fluid which, warmed by the hand, releases even the hardest gelato without mechanical parts or springs.

The range covers two tools with distinct jobs:

Scoops form the perfect ball with a simple rotating movement: ideal for serving in cones and cups. Each scoop has its portion size colour coded on the base, so the size is recognised at a glance. They come in the classic Original aluminium version and in the Zerolon version with non-stick coating on hard anodised aluminium, particularly suited to areas with hard or chlorinated water.

Spades have a curved blade that follows the radius of the pans: they level, mix and pack bulk gelato, recovering all the product from the sides and preventing ice crystals from forming.
