The secret of the Zeroll® is its exclusive heat conductive fluid sealed in the aluminium handle: it carries the natural warmth of the hand to the bowl, softening the surface of the gelato and making it easy to ball even the hardest gelato, without hot water and without effort. The one piece design, with no mechanical parts or springs, forms the perfect ball with a simple rotating movement.

The commercial advantage is concrete: by balling instead of pressing, the Zeroll® removes compression and yields up to 20% more portions from every tub, directly raising profitability.
