Food contact materials: the rules we comply with and, with every order, the declaration of conformity issued to your company.

New: the declaration of conformity arrives automatically with your order

We are introducing a system that automatically sends, with every order, the food contact declaration of conformity for the products purchased: a PDF issued to your company, with the order number and the codes supplied.

The system is being rolled out and will shortly cover all products intended for food contact, one product family at a time. It is already active for products whose technical data show the «Food contact» row. For all other products, please request the declaration from info@dariorasero.com, quoting your order number.

Food contact (FCM)

Products intended for food contact comply with Regulation (EC) No 1935/2004 and are manufactured according to the good manufacturing practice of Regulation (EC) No 2023/2006. In addition, each material is covered by its own specific rules:

Articles of the OZ line are not intended for food contact.

Declarations of conformity are not published on the website: you receive them with the order and they are available on request from info@dariorasero.com.

A declaration in your name, for every order

For products whose technical data show the «Food contact» row, the declaration reaches you automatically, in PDF, issued to your company and with the order number and the codes purchased. The guide shows the process and an example.

  2. Pay for the orderBy bank transfer or by card.
  3. The payment is recordedThe declaration is not issued before payment.
  4. You receive the e-mail with the linkThe link opens the declaration in PDF, in the Italian and English version.
  5. You find it again on the order pageIn your account you can download it again at any time.
A copy is valid only for your orderIt shows your company name, the order number and date and the codes supplied. It cannot be used for goods of a different origin.
The original stays with usThe signed original is kept by Euro Satip Srl and is available to the competent authorities. For a new copy: info@dariorasero.com, quoting the order number.
