Bonzer Litegrip portioners work with a full grip action, powerful enough to release even the hardest and most compact ingredients: gelato, semifreddi, dense doughs and frozen products. The grip engages the whole hand and drives the scraper with force, for a clean portion every time.
Food grade stainless steel bowl, built without springs or food trap points, dishwasher safe. The colour coding system identifies the size immediately. Available in 15 capacities, from 10 to 139 ml/g.
