Shipping policy

1. Delivery areas

Euro Satip Srl delivers to Italy and to the other countries of the European Union. The areas served and the applicable rates are shown during the order process. For specific requirements, or for destinations not available at checkout, please write to order@dariorasero.com.

2. Delivery times

Goods are delivered as quickly as possible, normally within 5-10 working days. The maximum delivery time is 30 calendar days from the conclusion of the contract, save for events of force majeure. Should the delay exceed that period, the buyer will be contacted with the expected delivery date.

3. Shipping costs

The applicable shipping costs are calculated and shown during the order process, before final confirmation, according to the destination and the value of the order. Deliveries to remote or hard-to-reach areas may involve additional costs, notified to the buyer in advance.

4. Delivery terms

Delivery takes place Monday to Friday during working hours (9-13 / 14-18), without prior telephone notice. We recommend giving an address where someone is present. Delivery is made kerbside, unless otherwise agreed.

If the recipient is absent, the carrier will make contact over the following days to arrange a second delivery or collection at its depot. If delivery proves impossible, the order will be cancelled and refunded less the cost of the attempted shipment.

5. Checks on receipt

On delivery, the buyer must check that the number of packages matches the transport document and that the packaging is intact. Any damage or discrepancy must be raised immediately by writing a reasoned written reservation on the carrier's proof of delivery. Once the document has been signed without reservation, the external condition of the goods can no longer be disputed.

Problems concerning integrity, correspondence or completeness must be reported within 8 calendar days of delivery to info@dariorasero.com, attaching photographs of all 6 sides of the packaging.
