Professional round food scoop dariorasero®, 1550 ml, in food grade aluminium, made in Italy by Euro Satip Srl, owner of the dariorasero® brand. A high capacity size for handling sustained volumes: it combines light weight and great strength, withstands heavy strain and offers better abrasion resistance than plastic, working in contact with abrasive materials and hard substances without wearing down.

It is used across a wide range of sectors: bakeries, pasta factories and professional kitchens for flour, sugar, cereals and grain; materials testing and inspection laboratories for taking cement powders, aggregates, sands and fillers; cement works, foundries and industry for technical powders and granulates; farming, animal feed and agriculture for seeds, feeds and fertilisers. The cutting edge makes it easy to enter compacted material too.

The pressed aluminium body absorbs neither odours nor flavours and is not altered by heat, keeping a clean and durable surface. The handle has a non-slip texture that improves grip and ensures a firm hold at full load, under strain or with gloves on.

Washing notice: hand washing with water and a neutral detergent is recommended. Aluminium is sensitive to the aggressive alkaline detergents used in dishwashers, which with repeated use can dull and stain the surface. Hand washing preserves its look and its working life.
