Flat plastic food scoop 2400 ml
Professional flat food scoop dariorasero®, 2400 ml in polypropylene certified for food use, made in Italy by Euro Satip Srl, owner of the dariorasero® brand. The flat shape is designed for scooping from the bottom: it effectively collects the product left at the base of tubs, drums, crates and containers, where a round scoop cannot reach. Ideal for emptying packs completely and recovering flour, sugar, cereals, pulses, grain and bulk goods in bakeries, kitchens, bulk food shops, agricultural stores and warehouses.
The handle has a non-slip texture on the upper side that improves grip and ensures a firm hold at full load or with gloves on. The lowered front edge helps it slide under the product, while the antistatic surface of the polypropylene stops powders sticking to the walls.
Made of fully recyclable material and dishwasher safe. Production is certified ISO 9001:2015.
Available in 5 colours for HACCP coding. Assigning a dedicated colour to each work station or department prevents cross contamination between different foods:
