Flat aluminium food scoop 750 ml

Professional flat food scoop dariorasero®, 750 ml, in food grade aluminium, made in Italy by Euro Satip Srl, owner of the dariorasero® brand. The flat shape is designed for scooping from the bottom: it collects the product left at the base of tubs, crates and containers, where a round scoop cannot reach. A handy size combining light weight and strength with better abrasion resistance than plastic, ideal for recovering abrasive and granular materials, hard ones included.

Used in professional kitchens, bakeries and food laboratories for recovering flour, sugar and dry ingredients; in materials testing and inspection laboratories for collecting samples of sands, aggregates and powders; in industry, farming and animal feed for granulates, seeds and additives.

The pressed aluminium body absorbs neither odours nor flavours and is not altered by heat, keeping a clean and durable surface. The handle has a non-slip texture that improves grip and ensures a firm hold at full load, under strain or with gloves on.

Washing notice: hand washing with water and a neutral detergent is recommended. Aluminium is sensitive to the aggressive alkaline detergents used in dishwashers, which with repeated use can dull and stain the surface. Hand washing preserves its look and its working life.
