Gelato scoop Zerolon®, the non-stick version of the iconic Zeroll® scoop, Made in USA, distributed in Italy by dariorasero®. It keeps every quality of the classic Zeroll® — born in 1935 and still manufactured in the United States — adding a special non-stick coating on the aluminium base.

The non-stick coating is what sets this model apart: it protects the surface from the film and the changes caused by hard or heavily chlorinated water, making the Zerolon® the right choice for places where water quality is critical. The treated surface also eases the release of the gelato, keeping the bowl clean and bright for longer.

Like the Original, the Zerolon® carries the exclusive heat conductive fluid sealed in the aluminium handle, which brings the warmth of the hand to the bowl to ball even the hardest gelato with ease, without hot water. The one piece design, free of springs and mechanical parts, forms the perfect ball with a simple rotating movement and removes compression, yielding up to 20% more portions from every tub — a direct gain in profitability. The colour coding of the cap identifies the size at once.

Important: to preserve the heat conductive fluid, the Zerolon® must not be washed in the dishwasher nor exposed to high temperatures: clean it by hand with lukewarm water and dry it before storing. Available in several colour coded sizes.
