What sets the EZ40 apart is the larger 40 mm wheel: the bigger diameter speeds up opening compared with standard wheel models, raising productivity in kitchens that handle tinned food in quantity. The stainless steel blade delivers a clean, consistent cut on cans of different diameters and formats. The unsharpened blade leaves a smooth edge that is safe to the touch and does not shed metal burrs into the food — an essential requirement in kitchens subject to HACCP hygiene checks.

The Easy to Clean system allows quick blade removal for sanitising: turn the latch to the open position, pull out the locking pin and lift the blade out of its seat for washing with water and antibacterial detergents. The NSF certification attests compliance with the international food safety standards required in professional catering.

The long 25" shaft (about 63 cm) makes it easy to work with large format cans and tall containers. Gear wheels and blades are available as spare parts, for a low running cost and a long working life.

For even higher volumes there is the EZ60 model (up to 60 cans a day); for lighter needs, the EZ20 (up to 20).
