Industrial countertop can opener Bonzer EZ20 with long shaft and NSF certification, distributed in Italy by dariorasero®. A professional tool for catering, canteens, hotels and institutional kitchens with medium workloads, up to 20 cans a day.

The stainless steel blade and the Bonzer wheel and blade system open cans of different diameters with a clean, consistent cut. The unsharpened blade leaves a smooth edge that is safe to the touch and does not shed metal burrs into the food — an essential requirement in kitchens subject to HACCP hygiene checks.

The long 25" shaft (about 63 cm) makes it comfortable to work with large format cans and tall containers, while the can opener stays firmly anchored to the counter.

The EaziClean system allows quick blade removal: tilting the handle backwards releases the blade carriage in one movement, for washing under running water with antibacterial detergents and complete sanitising between work cycles. The NSF certification attests compliance with the international food safety standards required in professional catering.

Gear wheels and blades are available as spare parts, for a low running cost and a long working life. For low counters there is the short 16" shaft version. For higher volumes, the EZ40 (up to 40 cans a day) and EZ60 (up to 60) models.
