Industrial countertop can opener Bonzer Classic R 109 Super, Black Edition range, distributed in Italy by dariorasero®. The long shaft version of the professional Bonzer tool, designed for catering, canteens, catering services and institutional kitchens handling large format tinned food, up to 10 cans a day.

The Bonzer wheel and blade system opens cans of different diameters with a clean, consistent cut. The unsharpened blade leaves a smooth edge that is safe to the touch and does not shed metal burrs into the food — an essential operational advantage in kitchens subject to HACCP hygiene checks.

The long 25" shaft (about 63 cm) is what sets this model apart: the extra height makes it comfortable to work with industrial cans and large capacity containers, while the can opener stays firmly anchored to the counter.

The Easy to Clean system allows quick blade removal for sanitising: turn the yellow latch to the open position, pull out the locking pin and lift the blade from its drawer seat for washing with water and antibacterial detergents. Refitting takes a few movements, keeping the hygiene standards required in the professional sector.

Gear wheels and blades are available as spare parts, for a low running cost and a long working life. For low counters and standard format cans there is the short shaft version 103 Junior (16"), same mechanics and same Easy to Clean system.
