Industrial countertop can opener Bonzer Classic R 103 Junior, Black Edition range, distributed in Italy by dariorasero®. A professional tool for catering, bars, canteens, hospitality and institutional kitchens with contained workloads, up to 10 cans a day.

The Bonzer wheel and blade system opens cans of different diameters and formats with a clean, consistent cut. The unsharpened blade leaves a smooth edge that is safe to the touch and does not shed metal burrs into the food — an essential operational advantage in kitchens subject to HACCP hygiene checks.

The Easy to Clean system allows quick blade removal for sanitising: turn the yellow latch to the open position, pull out the locking pin and lift the blade from its drawer seat for washing with water and antibacterial detergents. Refitting takes a few movements, for thorough cleaning between work cycles in line with food safety standards.

The 16" shaft (about 40 cm) is sized for low counters and work stations with limited space. Gear wheels and blades are available as spare parts, for a low running cost and a long working life.
