Round aluminium food scoop 160 ml

Professional round food scoop dariorasero®, 160 ml, in food grade aluminium, made in Italy by Euro Satip Srl, owner of the dariorasero® brand. It is the most compact size of the round aluminium range, designed for precision dosing and sampling: it combines light weight and strength with better abrasion resistance than plastic, for accurate scooping of small quantities of abrasive and granular materials.

Ideal in materials testing and inspection laboratories for precision sampling of cement powders, aggregates, sands and additives; in kitchens, pastry shops and coffee roasters for spices, yeasts, coffee and small doses of ingredients; in industry and research for taking granular samples. The cutting edge allows accurate scooping from compacted material too.

The pressed aluminium body absorbs neither odours nor flavours and is not altered by heat, keeping a clean and durable surface. The handle has a non-slip texture that improves grip and ensures a firm hold at full load, under strain or with gloves on.

Washing notice: hand washing with water and a neutral detergent is recommended. Aluminium is sensitive to the aggressive alkaline detergents used in dishwashers, which with repeated use can dull and stain the surface. Hand washing preserves its look and its working life.
