Industrial countertop can opener Bonzer Titan in solid stainless steel with NSF certification, distributed in Italy by dariorasero®. The flagship model of the Bonzer range, designed for the highest volume kitchens: large canteens, hospitals, industrial catering, refectories and any operation opening over 60 cans a day.

The Titan is the sturdiest can opener of the line: the all stainless steel build is sized for continuous, demanding work. The larger 40 mm wheel together with the long handle delivers the fastest opening and the least effort even on the largest diameter cans and on high capacity containers. The unsharpened blade leaves a smooth edge that is safe to the touch and does not shed metal burrs into the food — an essential requirement in kitchens subject to HACCP hygiene checks.

The EaziClean system allows quick blade removal: tilting the handle backwards releases the blade carriage in one movement, for washing under running water with antibacterial detergents and complete sanitising between work cycles. The NSF certification attests compliance with the international food safety standards required in professional catering.

The long 25" shaft (about 63 cm) makes it easy to work with large format cans and tall containers. Gear wheels and blades are available as spare parts, for a low running cost and a long working life.

For lower volumes there are the EZ60 (up to 60 cans a day) and EZ40 (up to 40) models, with the same 40 mm wheel.
