Industrial countertop can opener Bonzer EZ20 with NSF certification, distributed in Italy by dariorasero®. A professional tool for catering, bars, canteens, hotels and institutional kitchens with medium workloads, up to 20 cans a day.

The stainless steel blade and the Bonzer wheel and blade system open cans of different diameters with a clean, consistent cut. The unsharpened blade leaves a smooth edge that is safe to the touch and does not shed metal burrs into the food — an essential requirement in kitchens subject to HACCP hygiene checks.

The EaziClean system is what sets this model apart: tilting the handle backwards releases the blade carriage in one movement, for fast and thorough sanitising between work cycles. The NSF certification attests compliance with the international food safety standards required in professional catering.

The 16" shaft (about 40 cm) is sized for low counters and work stations with limited space. Gear wheels and blades are available as spare parts, for a low running cost and a long working life.

For kitchens with higher volumes there are the EZ40 (up to 40 cans a day, larger wheel) and EZ60 (up to 60) models. The long 25" shaft version suits large format cans.
