Every portioner has its capacity identified by a unique colour, for immediate recognition in the kitchen.

Made of stainless steel with a scraping system without mechanical springs, they are among the most hygienic on the market: no food trap points, simple and thorough cleaning, dishwasher safe. Available in 15 capacities, from 10 to 139 ml/g, in two actions:

• Unigrip — thumb press action, quick and light, ideal for sauces, creams and soft preparations.
• Litegrip — full grip action, more powerful, ideal for gelato, dense doughs and compact ingredients.
